Kevin P. Duffy, CPA
Kevin graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Accounting from Boston College in 1989. After spending two years as a Staff Accountant at Coopers & Lybrand he returned to F.X. Duffy & Co., Inc. and contributed to the already established tradition of outstanding service for their clients. In 1993 he became the President and sole shareholder of the Firm. In addition to managing the Firm, Kevin maintains a diverse practice with a focus on tax and accounting issues for real estate developers and investors. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and is also CFO of Teres Holdings, LLC, which is a specialty real estate firm, focused on the development, ownership and management of mixed use projects in urban settings.
James Vallone, CPA
James has been sharing his expertise with our clients at F.X. Duffy & Co., Inc. for over 25 years. In his role here, he handles diverse small business accounting and tax with a specialty in working with Insurance Agencies. He prepares over four-hundred federal, multi-state, and local taxes for both personal and business accounts. James is known for providing clients with professionalism, timeliness and most importantly, is very detail-oriented. James received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Temple University and then went on to receive his masters in Taxation from Widener University.
Michael J. Rowley, Sr., EA
Michael J. Rowley, Sr. has been with F.X. Duffy & Co., Inc. since November of 1976 and brings over 40 years of experience to our firm. He currently serves our clients with an expertise in the automotive and gasoline service station industries. Throughout his time at our firm, he has worked endlessly to provide clients with prompt and detailed service, especially in an industry where deadlines are important, our clients know they can rely on Michael with full confidence to get the job done. With his specialty, he also handles over four-hundred personal and business income tax returns. He is an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service.
Ronald Vallone, CPA
Ronald received his BS in Accounting from Temple University and began working at F.X. Duffy & Co., Inc. in July 1989. Ronald’s expertise in handling complex tax issues has earned him a large and diverse client base, which he manages with the care and professionalism that is the hallmark of F.X. Duffy & Co., Inc.
Controller & Firm Administrator
Anne joined F.X. Duffy & Co., Inc. in 2014, and has proven herself to be a valuable resource for our clients and accountants. She prepares individual and entity tax returns, payroll and sales tax filings, and provides bookkeeping support and assistance with the resolution of IRS, state and local tax issues. Anne is also the Controller of the firm, managing billing, receivables, payroll, and payables.
Mark Haydari, MBA
Mark Haydari has been serving our clients at F.X. Duffy & Co., Inc. since the Spring of 2018. He has immersed himself in working with insurance agencies, medical practices and restaurants. Mark also handles workers’ comp audits for all of our clients as well as working on payroll for majority of our firm’s clients. Mark prepares personal and small business income tax returns. He graduated from Georgia State University and went on to receive his MBA from Western Governors University. Mark is also a CPA candidate.
Ann Marie Monaghan
Ann is the first voice you hear when you call our office and the first to greet you when you arrive at our firm. Her warmth and enthusiasm contribute to the positive culture at F.X. Duffy & Co., Inc.
